talk about kicken A--!

Hey ya all!!! I have to brag!!!!! I just have to let you all know that Marinda is on FIRE! My little prodigy is kicking my ass! (Yes I said it, I said ASS). She is amazing and I love running with her. You sisters are going to be so proud!! Let's keep in touch with each other during the race so we can see how we're all doing; besides, I'm going to need all the support I can get - I'm freaking out a little about my leg, but I'm excited too. I just need to see if this 43 year old mama can cut it. Thanks to all for posting your best running times and your worst running times, it helps to know that everyone seems to have good and bad days. I seem to be having more bad ones lately (yikes)! Ladies it's almost game time!!!!!

Sarah, how did your 10 mile go on Saturday. I are always such a strong runner. It's that competitive drive that you and Nikki have. I wish I could help you out with the kids these next few weeks. I'm sorry Chris will be gone that is going to be hard to keep training. You will do amazing you always do. Can't wait to see you.

Thank you Lori. I love running with you and really appreciate you keeping me going and always making me feel so good. My goal has always been to look like Lori so maybe this will help me get there.

You guys get me so excited and yet help me feel that it's okay to have some days that the legs don't move like they should. I did 7 miles the other day and at first I thought holy crap have I ever ran before and then at about 2.5 miles I finally started getting into it. I just pray that my good runs are on all of my legs in the race. I can tell though that even if one of us is having a hard time we will cheer for that person until we are blue in the face.

GO RIN!! I agree with Karleen, you are so modest and make it sound like you aren't any good. I know you will be great and you will kick booty! As for me...I will be dying on my hills, so I am freakin out!

Hey Kar! My 10 mile went great. I felt really good. I am planning on doing 10 tomorrow, so we'll see how I feel. I did 7 today on, as Lori calls it the dreadmill. And I felt really good. My pace was about 8:20. I wish were here too. I have been really try to get the miles in before Chris leaves. I just don't know how it's all going to work yet. But I'll get it work out, even if I have to pay a babysitter. Love ya! P.s did you see I edited your name?
