I don't know about anyone else but I am a little frustrated. Here it is almost time for the race and my kids have been sick, I have been sick, and now there is 6 inches of snow outside. Such a pain. It is hard enough for me to find time to run with all my lilttle monkey running around. O'well I know stop complaining and just get it done

Rin, I give all you moms props for training so much! I complain about not having enough time to get my training in and I don't even have kids!! How pathetic am I?!?

You train way more than me and you have way more on your plate. You are going to do awesome. Sorry you're sick missing a couple of days is not gonna slow you down. just take it easy until you feel better. Of course this is coming from the girl that just started to train and the race is like 4 weeks away. Maybe you shouldn't listen to me.

Don't get Frustrated...You are going to do great! That goes for you too Kar. Quit making expectations for yourselves . A Friend once told me EXPECTAITONS = DISAPPOINTMENT...When there is NO expectations there is NO disappoint. Just go out and run. Try to remember why we run. It should be our outlet our time away from crying kids, dirty dishes, and the annoying men in our lives. Just go out and run. If your doing your best, your happy, everyones happy. Your best could be a 12:00min. pace or a 7:00. Whatever it may be doesn't matter, what matters is, your out there doing it! I should totally be a motivational speaker!!
