Hey to all of you. Here are the legs that I have assigned. They may change but for now this is what I have. I hope all of you will be able to train your best so that these runs will be cake walk for you. And if they already are cake walk for you then great! I would like to get all of your paces for a 10k. So please post them so that I will know. That info may change the leg assignments.

That looks fine, but I will have to say I am not too excited about those hills. But I will definitly need to work off some flabby a_ _ after I have this baby so maybe that will motivate me. Yours seems a little easy. Just thought I would point that out.

I have no idea what my time for a 10K is. Don't count on very fast.

Thanks Nikki I know how busy you are but you were diffinitlythe girl for the leg assignments. I get way nervous at the start as most of you saw at Wasach. I will try and work on that and finding a good pace to start.

Thanks Nikki!!! I'm so happy to know what my legs will be so I can start training for them! My 10k time is probably around 57-58 minutes...right now I can't seem to get under 940 miles. My goal is to get in the low 9's by the relay.
