Nikki is a Freak of nature!

Hey guys I have been doing a little Nikki workout and it's kickin' my A_ _ ! If you want to mix up your workouts try this. Put your treadmills on 10% incline and run at 5.0 or higher, for .25 miles get off do a set of weights on your arms or legs if you dare and get back on for another .25. Just keep going back and forth until you get to 4 miles. (I do three sets of 15 when I lift. Rotating with running in between sets.) If it doesn't kick your butt, I am severely out of shape. It's already increasing my endurance and speed, and I have only done it 3 times. I have to give a shout out to Nikki......YOU ROCK! You are one tuff B----. Thanks for the training tip. I was getting a little board with my runs.

There is no way I could do the "Nikki Workout" I think she is part bionic. The other day I thought I would try doing this ginormous hill and the next day I felt some pain at my accomplishment so I am easing in to the hills. My sister Emilee and I are running 3 days a week and doing weights, bikes, and swimming the other 3 days or should say trying to swim we suck but we laugh a lot. A friend of mine who is an amazing runner (No Nikki not you this time. j/k) She gets on the treadmill and does 1 min at 4.0 then 1 at 5.0 then 1 at 6.0 then 1 at 7.0. then starts at 5.0 for 1 min. then 6.0 then 7.0 then 8.0 for 1 minute then starts back at 4.0 - 7.0 do this for 20 minutes and wow it kind of kicked my butt. I think it has helped me though endurance wise. Em and I have been running 5.0 to 7.0 miles 3x a week. I laugh a lot at ourselves. My sister is crazy and out of control but it makes it all more fun. Thanks for all of the kind words and compliments. We all are the same. Let's be honest with ourselves, we do all of this to look better than the other chic. Just because we had kids doesn't mean we have to look like it right. We like to say we look damn hot, right! J/K
I actually really like to see how hard I can push myself. And I know I am a little mental sometimes but we all are right. And don't let Sarah let you think she is anything different than me. She taught me all I know. She is the one who got me into running anyways. I love you Sarah. Keep truckin' all of you and we need to be like Kim and just laugh at oursleves. Laughter is the best medicine. (White and Nerdy.)

Okay Sarah, I didn't even have the sound turned up on the computer when I posted my comment. I had no idea you posted that picture or the songs. You rock. If it wasn't for you none of us would even be doing any of this. You are the best team captian ever. And you are so much fun. My kids always talk about how you are the life of the party. You are always finding the thrills in life. I am so gald you are my sister and most of all my friend. It is a privieldge to have you in my life. My kids where so said you didn't come for thanksgiving. But we understand. I love you.
