I received an e-mail from Ragnar about paying instead of having volunteers. So, do I need to pay, or do I need to see if I can help get a volunteer?

I just barely saw your comment...sorry I haven't responded.
I am training. I don't run as much as the rest of you all, but I bike and swim. I have a triathlon at the end of May, then on to Ragnar in June.
