Getting Started

*Hey guys use the comment section below to let us know how your doing on your training. Or if you're me, how bad your trainings going. Here is a goal for everyone try to run at least 24 miles this week. That's only 4miles a day. Let me know how you all do!

Hey Karleen I think that is a great idea to set a distance for the week and see if we can all accomplish it.
